Meet Trainer Jesse "Dr. Pain" Stoddard

Trainer Jesse
Jesse "Mr. Pain" Stoddard, CPT is a 20-year fitness veteran. He has a background in many disciplines, including gymnastics and dance (professionally in NYC and Seattle), and has owned several fitness companies. He is now a master at helping busy professionals get fit, athletic, and lea, while having fun, even if they don't have much time to devote to fitness.

By appointment only.

You must call/email and/or register ahead of time to be a part of our small private group training program.

This is not a "big class" type of program. It is a private group training program. Jesse has nearly twenty years of experience doing this.


We sometimes rotate locations based on the weather.

Our Home Base (especially during the Winter):

Our Satellite Location (especially during the Summer):
169 Cypress Ave, Snohomish, WA 98290


In the summer we sometimes rotate locations to local parks for fun and variety. Therefore, it is important not to just show up without contacting us ahead of time. We often still use the Snohomish Soccer Dome/Arena as our home base anyway.



Cost: $20 per session

No contracts, no commitment, pay-as-you-go.

Some clients pay weekly, some monthly. It's pretty easy-going.

No haggling, no barter, no sales pitches, no negotiations.

"I have been doing this too long to get all petty or stressed out about any of it. I only work with clients that like me and that I like. I don't put up with anyone being weird to either me or my clients. We welcome people who have a positive attitude and want to improve their health. No energy vampires allowed. This is not a crazy type-A personality competition, nor a workout-'till-you-throwup kind of deal. It's not a meat market. Go join a regular gym if that's what you want. As you can tell, I don't chase people to be a part of my program. You can come and check it out, and it is NOT free. You pay if you come and you don't if you don't. Simple. Easy. In terms of payment, it's kind of on the honor system. I don't want to chase anyone for money and I hate bookkeeping. You just need to remember to pay. Cash is better, but I can take cards or Paypal or checks if you need. I just want to focus on giving you an AMAZING workout, and not deal with B.S. Let's Go! :) Enough said."

You will be offered some advice on nutrition if you want it, but not forced to do anything you don't want to.

You will be recommended supplements because Jesse uses them and most clients love them. You will not be pressured about any of it and if you don't show interest, Jesse stops talking about it. In fact, most of the time he will probably forget unless you ask about getting more help. Let's just workout and have fun.


(Personal Training Also Offered, by appointment only. It is $40 per session. Sessions are somewhere between 30 minutes and 45 minutes, depending on the need of the workout.)
