"Challenging Times" Fitness Challenge!
Due to these "challenging times," I am forced to find new and creative ways to help you. In other words, we are going online!
Get ready for a fun way to workout at home and interact with others. I call it the Challenging Times Fitness Challenge (for lack of a better name, lol).
Every week, I am holding my regular boot camp class M/W/F at 8:00 to 9:00 am... via Facebook Live. If you don't do Facebook, don't worry, I put them on YouTube as well, and otherwise, make them easy for you to get to :).
You will get a structured workout, and be able to get your questions answered via my free online class. I will include the workout list and also be showing how to do the exercises.
Most of the time, it will require very little to no equipment, so it can be done anywhere (like in the comfort of your living room while your kids jump on your back). Just think! You can confuse the heck out of the dog!
All I ask is that you consider making a small donation to be included in the group. It's up to you how much and for how long.

MEET TRAINER JESSE "MR. PAIN" STODDARD
Jesse "Mr. Pain" Stoddard, Certified Personal Trainer is a 20+ year fitness veteran. He has a background in many disciplines, including gymnastics and dance (professionally in NYC and Seattle), and has owned several fitness companies. He is now a master at helping busy professionals get fit, athletic, and lea, while having fun, even if they don't have much time to devote to fitness.

You must call/email and/or register ahead of time to be a part of our small private group training program.
This is not a "big class" type of program. It is a private group training program. Jesse has nearly twenty years of experience doing this.
We rotate locations based on the weather.
Typically in the winter, we are at:

Cost: $20 per session, Cash Preferred
No contracts, no commitment, pay-as-you-go.
Some clients pay weekly, some monthly. It's pretty easy-going.
No haggling, no barter, no sales pitches, no negotiations.
"I have been doing this too long to get all petty or stressed out about any of it. I only work with clients that like me and that I like. I don't put up with anyone being weird to either me or my clients. We welcome people who have a positive attitude and want to improve their health. No energy vampires allowed. This is not a crazy type-A personality competition, nor a workout-'till-you-throw-up kind of deal. It's not a meat market. Go join a regular gym if that's what you want. As you can tell, I don't chase people to be a part of my program. You can come and check it out, and it is NOT free. You pay if you come and you don't if you don't. Simple. Easy. In terms of payment, it's kind of on the honor system. I don't want to chase anyone for money and I hate bookkeeping. You just need to remember to pay. Cash is better, but I can take cards or Paypal or checks if you need. I just want to focus on giving you an AMAZING workout, and not deal with B.S. Let's Go! :) Enough said."
